COVID 19: Guidance for Clients

We've been working hard to prepare our clinic and implement the Ministry of Health's Operational Requirements for re-opening and we've developed specific guidelines for our clients and staff. We hope this will help you feel safe and confident as you access massage therapy care with us during this unprecedented time. Please be sure to read these guidelines thoroughly and carefully, as they have been put in place to keep you safe.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the canceled appointment. 
  • Please note that the full treatment fee applies if you arrive late to your appointment.
  • Please record your appointments on your calendar.  We do send automated email reminders for upcoming appointments, but when technology fails, it is best to have a back-up!  Clients are responsible for keeping track of the dates and times of their own scheduled appointments.
  • Please contact the clinic as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your appointment.  This is extremely helpful to us, as it will allow us more time to fill the empty time slot.
