Shockwave Therapy treatments are performed within the context of a massage therapy treatment.
Senior and Student rates do not apply to Shockwave Therapy treatments.
Methods of Payment

HST: All of our rates include 13% HST
Discounts: Any discount applying to treatment (ie: student/senior discount) will be taken off the price of the treatment at the time of payment and reflected in the client's invoice for that date and treatment.
Insurance Benefits: We are pleased to offer direct billing to select insurance companies for massage therapy treatments. Please be sure to bring your Plan Member (cardholder) ID and the Plan Member ID with you to your appointment and:

- Check your coverage and details of your plan. Some insurance plans do not cover 100% of the treatment fee. Any portion of the treatment fee not covered by your insurance plan must be paid at the time of treatment.
- Register with your insurance provider. Some plans require you to register specifically for direct billing and be signed up for direct deposit. Please be sure that your account is properly set up with your insurance provider to enable direct billing prior to your appointment.
- Bring your prescription. Some plans require you to have a physician's prescription in order to access massage therapy services through your extended benefits. If you do not have a prescription where one is required, we will be unable to bill your insurance company directly and your claim may be denied. Please be sure to bring your prescription to your appointment as we must keep a copy in your file.
- Bring your secondary coverage Plan Member Card. If you have secondary coverage through a spouse or other relation where you are not the primary policy holder, please have the following information on hand:
- the primary policy holder's name, address, phone number and date of birth
- the primary policy holder's insurance provider
- their plan number
