Yoga for Weight Loss: 40 minute workout

This is a challenging yoga workout which focuses on building strength.  The first 10 minutes features a fantastic core sequence; excellent for improving abdominal strength. Do the whole 40 minutes, or just tackle the first 10 minutes and build up from there.
