1. Strengthen

Hold: 5-10 seconds
Repetitions:  15-20
Sets: 1-2
Frequency: daily

2a. Stretch: Middle Trapezius

Hold Time:  30-90 seconds
Frequency: 1-3 times per day for a total of
5 minutes per week

2b. Stretch: Lower Trapezius

Hold Time:  30-90 seconds
Frequency: 1-3 times per day for a total of
5 minutes per week
