Full Body Relaxation & Stress Relief Treatment
This full-body treatment uses a variety of light to moderate pressure techniques and guided breathing to encourage physical relaxation, control anxiety, reduce stress and improve sleep quality. Special attention is paid to the back, neck, shoulders, face, jaw and scalp to calm the parasympathetic nervous system and relieve subconscious muscular holding patterns.
