Forearm, Wrist, Hand, Fingers
This is a very effective stretch sequence for people experiencing forearm, wrist and hand discomfort. Our forearms, wrists and hands are very much at risk of developing repetitive strain injuries, especially if we are working with our hands, ie: construction and factory workers, office workers (computer use), musicians etc. These stretches can help to lengthen the contractured muscles in the forearm, reduce fascial restrictions in the hand and maintain or improve joint mobility in the fingers and thumb, helping to prevent repetitive strain injuries and pain.
